For 15 years, TurkishWIN has worked to ensure every young woman in Türkiye can build a career she loves. Yet the gender gap remains stark: Türkiye ranked 135th out of 148 countries in the 2025 Global Gender Gap Index.
Through TurkishWIN and our platform BinYaprak.com, we partner with 200+ organizations to reach over 23,000 young women, providing mentorship, role models, and community-powered programs that support education, career readiness, and life transitions. We meet women where they are—online, on campus, and in the job market—and help them rise.

Our key programs are:
Mentoring: Million Women Mentors Türkiye is expanding mentorship for young women ages 15–25 across high schools, universities, and early-career stages. Goal: 1,000,000 mentoring connections by 2031
Story Harvesting: Our Story Harvesting Circles help women find their voice and inspire others. Each year, we gather nearly 4,000 stories through 100 circles and our blog—turning personal experiences into shared strength. Your support helps these stories reach and empower thousands more.
